As we transition all face to face classes to live Zoom sessions beginning March 15th, please contact support@divinemercy.edu if you would like to schedule any of the following:

  • One on one set up sessions to check settings and go over any questions you have about using Zoom.
  • One on one sessions to learn about using Advanced Features in Zoom to enhance teaching over video.
  • For any questions about how to use Zoom or if you are experiencing any any technical issues.
  • To arrange tech support to be present in your live Zoom class session for the first 15 to 20 minutes of class to ensure audio and video controls are working for all students.
  • Help setting up Assignments, Announcements, Quizzes, etc in Canvas.
  • Help with Canvas in general, or to schedule one on one sessions to grow your technical skills in Canvas.
