Dr. Dunaetz a social psychologist whose research focuses on interpersonal processes in organizations. I served in full-time ministry in France for 17 years before moving into research. His research program focuses on interpersonal conflicts in Christian organizations, especially local congregations and service organizations. These conflict processes can either increase or decrease an organization’s effectiveness in carrying out its mission, depending on how the conflict is managed. Dr. Dunaetz’ ultimate goal is to help Christians better love and serve God and one another in whatever organizations they find themselves.
