Thomas Aquinas (1225–1274)

Dominican friar, philosopher, and theologian whose Summa Theologiae remains the most influential systematic treatment of Catholic moral and philosophical anthropology. Aquinas's account of the passions, the virtues, and the human telos is foundational to the CCMMP.
