What does it cost?

How does the AI co-pilot pricing work?
The AI co-pilot is $1.50 per session, charged only on the sessions where you enable it — transcription, notetaking, session prep, letters, and coding help. Skip it on a session and there's no charge. No bundles or credits to manage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It's month to month — no long-term contract for individual clinicians. Cancel whenever you like, and you can start free with no credit card.
Do I have to use the AI co-pilot?
No. The $45 practice is fully usable on its own — scheduling, telehealth, notes, outcome measures, and the learning library are all included. The AI co-pilot is there for the sessions where you want to save time, and you only pay for it when you use it.
Do I have to leave my current EHR?
No. Presence+ is designed to work alongside whatever EHR you already use — your documentation drafts are yours to move wherever your records live. If you'd rather run your whole practice here, the $45 practice covers scheduling, telehealth, notes, outcomes, and billing.
Who can see my notes and my clients' PHI?
The clinical relationship. All storage, messaging, transcription, AI use, and notes are HIPAA compliant, access is protected by secure two-factor authentication, and clinical data is walled off from operational data architecturally — not as a policy promise. Pastors and parish staff never see clinical records.
How do referrals from mentors and coaches actually work?
Presence+ runs on stepped care. Volunteer mentors, coaches, and spiritual directors are trained to know their scope, and when a person needs clinical care they refer up. You review the referral, accept the client, and the relationship starts inside the same HIPAA-compliant platform. When a client plateaus or completes clinical work, you can step them back down to accompaniment instead of discharging them to nothing.
How do I get paid?
Client payments run through your linked Stripe account inside the app. Your subscription and any AI co-pilot usage, meanwhile, are a practice expense — typically tax deductible, like the rest of your tooling.
