In the theology field, her graduate research focused on sacrifice as a path to understanding the call to be self-gift. Her dissertation, Becoming a Priestly People: A Biblical Theology of Liturgical Sacrifice as Spiritual Formation, considered the biblical foundations of sacrifice and addressed underdeveloped concepts of sacrifice, which influence the manner in which one approaches sacrifice as self-gift and her licentiate thesis focused on Sacrifice as Participation in the Life of the Trinity. In the psychology field, her MSP capstone work was dedicated to Navigating Leadership Through the Loss and Rediscovery of Identity of Parish Restructuring. Her research interests explore the concepts of self-concept and self-gift in relation to trauma, attachment patterns, memory, and vocational flourishing.
