Divine Mercy University’s (DMU) Department of Integrative Studies (DIS) promotes creative reflection, conferences, and publications that develop an integrated theoretical understanding of the human person, family, and society. It seeks to apply this vision of the person to research, formation, and practice in the fields of psychology, counseling, and mental health. From within the context of a multidisciplinary dialogue with contemporary scholarship, its projects seek to renew the Christian intellectual tradition and remain faithful to the rich teaching of the Catholic Church.
The Department of Integrative Studies’ faculty is comprised of philosophers, theologians, psychologists, psychotherapists, and counselors.
