0:05Divine Mercy University is a is a crown jewel. It's a treasure, within our diocese. We need more Catholic counselors, therapists, or those who understand the human person from a Catholic perspective to whom we can refer our parishioners. Over the last twenty years, we've worked with tens of thousands of college students, and we have a similar vision to help people flourish. But we encounter people who themselves, in the process of becoming enriched, live in deep wounding, and that is where your important work comes in so powerfully. I'm greatly humbled by the dedication of this university to its mission and by the commitments of graduates who embody that vision, seeking to ensure the moral resolve with which we should go forward in our professions to serve others in a Christian way.
1:09I'm impressed with the work of DMU faculty in developing an integrative model of the human person and the innovative approach of healing that that brings.
