0:07Hello, everyone. My name is Andrew Lemoine, and I am a digital learning support specialist for Divine Mercy University's digital learning and innovation team. Our department's job is to support you and help you flourish during your time at DMU. We do everything from creating your accounts, like your email and Canvas accounts, all the way to supporting you throughout your time at DMU. So if you ever have a question, just send an email to support@divinemercy.edu, and we will help you. And the best part about this email is that we triage the ticket for you and make sure it goes to the right place. So if you're not sure if your ticket's for the library or for IT or for DLI, just send your email to support@divinemercy.edu, and we will make sure it gets to the right place.
