Biography


Dr. Chris Ewing is an experienced leader and educator working in management consulting and higher education.

Chris is a former Active Duty Air Force Officer with a specialty in Space and Missile Operations where he held various operational, instructional, and leadership positions from 2004-2012. He is the COO of Paradigm Leaders, LLC, a Florida-based SDVOSB that designs and delivers leadership development and management curriculum and specializes in practical leadership consultation at the organizational level. His book, Living your Leadership has been used to develop curriculum and workshops across America. He has been a leader in healthcare, working as a regional director at Kaiser Permanente, Duke Primary Care, and Advent Health Central Florida.

His current role has him consulting with the Veterans Health Administration as a primary client through Aptive Resources, LLC. Chris is an active member of the Knights of Columbus and has held several leadership positions in that organization.

His academic background includes a BA in English from Saint Louis University, MA in Adult Education from Central Michigan in Education, a PhD from Capella University in Educational Psychology, a Certificate from Cornell University in Executive Leadership for Healthcare Professionals, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Juran Global.
