Biography
Rachel Gehring was certified in spiritual direction at The Cenacle of Our Lady of Divine Providence School of Spiritual Direction in 2013. She obtained a BA in Theological Studies from St. Joseph’s College of Maine in 2016 (with a thesis on directing the nineteenth annotation), and a MA in Pastoral Studies (with a pastoral counseling concentration) from Holy Apostles College and Seminary in 2020. Rachel taught high school theology at St. John Bosco Academy from 2016-2020.
Rachel offers spiritual direction and the nineteenth annotation through Transformed By Mercy. She rejoices in the richness of Catholic tradition and the Spirit’s movement today, desiring to minister with pastoral orthodoxy oriented to the heart of the Father, along the way of the Son, in the power of the Holy Spirit, under Mary’s mantle, in-step with the Church, and for the glory of the LORD. Rachel is happily married to Mark, and, together, they have four children.
