Dr. Bond is a licensed clinical psychologist in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Assistant Professor and Assistant Director of Clinical Training in the Psy.D. program. Previously, Dr. Bond worked as a therapist in community mental health and non-profit agency settings.
Rebecca S. Morse, Ph.D., is a behavioral and developmental psychologist and thanatologist. Much of her research has focused on those with developmental disabilities who are severely behaviorally disordered.
Dr. Stephen Grundman holds a canonical Ph.D. in Philosophy from The Catholic University of America.
Dr. Nordling is one of the founding faculty members of DMU. He is a licensed clinical psychologist in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He also holds a number of specialized credentials in child, marriage, and family therapy and teaches both basic and advanced coursework in these areas for the Psy.D program.
Dr. Scrofani is a full-time, Professor at IPS.
Dr. Vitz’s teaching and research is focused on the integration of Christian theology, especially Catholic anthropology, with psychology.

Sister Mary Patrice Ahearn is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Michigan and the Commonwealth of Virginia and a Religious Sister of Mercy of Alma, Michigan. Her clinical work has focused on service to the Church with the assessment of candidates to religious life and the seminary, and in working in therapy with priests, religious and seminarians.
Having worked in the counseling field for the past 8 years, Ian is excited to be returning to DMU where he graduated in 2013 with his Master’s in Clinical Psychology. He was licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a professional counselor in 2016 and has worked at Chrysalis Counseling Centers in Culpeper Virginia since graduating.
